Anne Dudek
Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actress for over twenty years. She has portrayed Tiffany Wilson in 2004's White Chicks, Danielle Brooks on USA Network TV series Covert Affairs, The Dr. Amber Volakis for Fox House, and the House. Lura Grant appears featured on HBO Big Love. Francine Hanson appears on AMC Mad Men. Her most recognizable role is Tiffany Wilson, in the film White Chicks. Her other roles include TV roles, including The Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox's House; Danielle Brookson from the USA Network's Covert Affairs and Lura in HBO Drama Big Love. Dudek was born in Massachusetts and attended Northwestern University. Her first performance was as an actor in The Iphigenia Cycle, a performance at Northwestern University. The production went off-Broadway in New York City where she received the Joseph E. Calloway award for her outstanding performance. She was also profiled as one of the top 10 young actors in the theatre to be watched by American Theater Magazine. Dudek was eventually offered roles on television and the big screen. Matthew Heller, the talented actor and mother-of-two behind a camera, was her husband from the year 2008 until 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and was raised in Newton. In her early days, she attended Northwestern University where she performed in several stage productions. Dudek also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). Later, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in recognition of her role as The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group: A British Comedy-Drama was her first show in the world of television. She's been a guest star on a wide range of television programs like Desperate Women, How I Met Your Mother, Friends, ER, Charmed Bodies Numb3rs, or Six Feet Under. Dudek also played Lucinda Barry on the pilot episode of Psych and then a schoolteacher who is involved in a sexual affair with one of her students on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek was offered her first regular role in House, portraying Amber Volakis. The character was one of the forty doctors Dr. Gregory House considered for regular roles in his team. Amber Volakis' character was featured in the course of the series, until it was killed off at the end in House's Heart. House would later show her in a different model of herself in the fifth season episode Saviors. Dudek was later seen as Francine, the next-door neighbour on Mad Men and as Alby's hostile wife on Big Love. Dudek joined Covert Affairs in 2010, portraying Danielle Brooks. She is the sister to central character. Dudek also played Tiffany Wilson, the cruise-line owner on White Chicks (2004 comedy) as well as Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
